The Production Process

✅ From Shop Drawings to Fabrication
Production is based on approved shop drawings, ensuring every detail aligns with project specifications. Before fabrication, our draftsmen and fabrication team prepare a dedicated set of fabrication drawings, optimized for material efficiency, accurate hardware placement, and minimal waste.

✅ Glass & Component Integration
Once fabrication drawings are finalized, glass dimensions are provided to ensure timely ordering and seamless integration with fabricated units, whether assembled at our facility or delivered directly to the project site.

✅ Quality Control & Material Inspection
Throughout fabrication, we implement multi-stage quality checks to verify:

 – Material integrity & paint durability

 – Precise hardware placement (safety locks, stoppers, closers)

 – Structural reliability & compliance with certifications.
