PRODUCTION
Production is the final stage of going from design to actual fabrication. It is the moment when no changes can be made to the material and design. It is the moment when are hard work of architect and design team turn into product.
The production stage is done base on the shop drawings that approved by all the parties. Prior to going to fabrication we have our draftsman team and Fabrication department issues the new set of the drawings. Fabrication drawing that use for productions are different from shop drawings. They strictly specialized in production of the products. The goal to minimized the waste of the material. Have proper elements and components to be allocated for the production. Proper placement of the hardware and any other accessories as safety lock stopper, keyed closer.
The final stage of this paper work to provide the glass sizes that will. We’d to be order so we can have complete product at our vendors or will be delivered to the job site together with fabricated units.
During our fabrication process we are going through multiple point of the quality checking products. During allocation and cutting if the material that paint meet our requirements and material can deliver the guarantee as per certification.
Our production is done by experienced people that been working in this field for few years. They knowledge let them to produce the craftsmanship products that will serve you needs for many years.
We are using very well known hardware suppliers. Those components been tested and used already for many years.
Our windows and doors as tilt turn, casement, patio doors are using very well known hardware from Roto, Fahim, Stublina, Guisse.
This hardware made specifically for the size and weight of the finall products. Some hinges are made to withstand 90 to 130 kg per hinge.
The double hung products are made base on the system and final size. We are using ultra light balances for smooth operation.
Our storefront products finish components including hardware from LCN, Rockwell, Adam Right, CRL, Dorman and many others.
